Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Commetinc (the "service", "we", "us", or "our"). By connecting your Instagram account to Commetinc, adding our bot to your Telegram channel or group, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Commetinc is a service that forwards new comments on your Instagram posts to a Telegram channel or group you designate, in real time, using the official Instagram Graph API. You authorize Commetinc to access your Instagram account through the official Instagram login (OAuth), add our bot (@Commetinc_bot) to your Telegram destination, and thereafter new public comments under your posts are delivered to that destination.

3. Eligibility

To use Commetinc you must have a professional Instagram account — a Business or Creator account — as required by the Instagram Graph API. You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and you must have the authority to connect the Instagram account and Telegram destination you provide. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Instagram and Telegram accounts and for all activity that occurs through your connected accounts.
• You must ensure you have the right to connect the Instagram account and to receive comment data in the Telegram destination you configure.
• You are responsible for complying with Instagram's and Telegram's own terms of service and policies while using Commetinc.
• You are responsible for how you handle and store the comment data delivered to your Telegram destination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of any third party;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its systems, or other users' data;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure;
• use the service to collect data in a manner that violates Instagram's, Meta's, or Telegram's platform terms;
• resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the service.

6. Service Availability / No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that every comment will be delivered, as delivery depends on third-party platforms (Instagram/Meta and Telegram) and their APIs, which are outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commetinc and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or missed comments or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by revoking access in your Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and Websites) and/or removing our bot from your Telegram destination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required by law or by the platforms we depend on. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability) will remain in effect. Data deletion upon termination is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the service and revoke access.
